Return Policy

We have a 7-Day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at armoredsquid.info@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

We have a 7 day return/exchange policy. All of our products can be exchanged until they are shipped. You can contact our customer service to exchange your order. Once the order is fulfilled and processed for shipping we cannot make any changes to the order. 

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, receive a different size from what you ordered, or an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. Keep all original tags and packaging as we may request photos of proof in order for us to assist you. 

If you made the mistake of ordering the wrong size and wish to do an exchange, please email us immediately. The item must be in the same condition it was delivered in. All original tags and packaging must be included. The exchange must be approved and the buyer must cover shipping fees.

Once the exchange is approved, customer must place a separate order of the item being exchanged with the correct size, color, etc. Return labels / Shipping information will be forwarded to the buyer as well as a full refund via original payment method once the item is received and inspected. 

Returns

We have a 7 Day return/exchange policy. If you have received an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival or during shipping please email us and we will do our best to assist you. Please keep all original tags and packaging as we will need photos of proof in order for us to assist you and make things right. 

If the item you ordered and received is correct as our website describes and they do not have any quality problems, we are not allowed to take/accept the return. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
